We sit down with the people doing the work. Show us an application, a busy tee sheet, a subs run and the way the tills close. Your priorities shape the work we agree to take on.

Keep what works well.

Changing everything at once rarely makes life easier. Your accountant can keep their books, your club keeps its official handicap process, and useful existing systems can stay. We check any proposed connection before including it in your club’s plan.

Know the work and the cost.

Your written quote sets out the services and ongoing support. It also covers setup, the records we’ll move and help for your staff. We separate usage charges and third-party costs. Anything outside that scope is discussed before extra work begins.

Move carefully. Check together.

We agree which records to bring across and who can access them. Your office checks member details, opening balances and booking rules. Where appropriate, we run alongside your current system and compare the figures before your club signs off the change.

Help your people feel comfortable.

Training follows the job. The pro shop needs to take a booking and complete a sale; the office needs to run the subs and answer an account query. We work through those tasks with the staff who will use them.

Stay involved after setup.

Your club has an agreed way to reach us, with support hours and responsibilities written down. We review what is working, deal with the work in your agreement and discuss new needs as they arise. Your records remain yours, with an export available if you leave.
