From the first green fee to the last round.
A club till has plenty to do. Give staff a clear way to record sales and member-account charges, with the day’s takings ready to check.
Let’s talk about your clubA round, before the round.
Illustrative till items and prices.
How it works
at your club.
Here’s how pro shop & bar fits into the way your club runs.
The everyday sales, together.
Record green fees and purchases from the pro shop or bar on a tablet till. Agree the products, staff permissions and member pricing during setup.
- Green fees and retail sales
- Cash, card and club-account records
- Supported receipt printers and cash drawers
Be clear about what works offline.
Supported cash, card and club-account sales can be recorded on the device during an outage and synced afterwards. The payment terminal still follows its own provider’s connection requirements.
- Sale prices retained from the time of sale
- Pending records synced after connection returns
- Tabs and wallet payments require a connection
Fit around your hospitality operation.
A bar till and a full restaurant system are different jobs. We review your cash-up, stock and kitchen requirements, then agree what to provide or connect.
- A walkthrough of staff sales and closing tasks
- A clear boundary for stock and kitchen systems
- Changes and integrations agreed in the quote
Let’s make it work
for your club.
We work through the details with the people who will use it.
- 1
Walk the shop and bar.
Look at the hardware, busy periods and what staff sell.
- 2
Try a day’s transactions.
Check prices and charges, including the supported offline cases.
- 3
Reconcile before the switch.
Finance and frontline staff agree the closing process together.
A little more
you might want to know.
Will we need a new card machine?
We start with what your club already uses. Your merchant provider and the agreed payment arrangement determine what can stay or connect.
Does this include a complete restaurant system?
Kitchen routing, recipes and complex stock control need separate scoping. We can look at a supported connection to a system that already does those jobs well.
