A better start to every round.
Give the pro shop a clear view of who’s booked and what they should pay. Make booking easier for golfers, with your club’s rules behind every tee time.
Let’s talk about your clubSaturday, from the first tee.
Illustrative bookings for one Saturday morning.
How it works
at your club.
Here’s how tee bookings fits into the way your club runs.
Fair access, clear rules.
Set booking windows and member entitlements around the way your club allocates its tee times. Your office should be able to explain why a booking is allowed, rather than settle the same argument every weekend.
- Member and visitor booking windows
- Rates by day and time
- Permission and a reason for staff overrides
Welcome visitors directly.
Give visitors a route from your club website to a tee time. Agree the rate and payment arrangements, with a limited hold while payment is completed.
- Online visitor bookings
- Time-limited payment holds
- Automatic release of expired holds
Work around the real golf day.
Review your competition blocks, guest rules and arrangements for interrupted play with us. We agree what the booking system will handle and what stays with your pro shop before changing the live tee sheet.
- Your course and booking rules documented
- Waitlist offers when space opens
- Clear responsibility for booking changes
Let’s make it work
for your club.
We work through the details with the people who will use it.
- 1
Show us a busy Saturday.
Bring the real booking rules and exceptions your pro shop handles.
- 2
Try the difficult bookings.
Check rates for members and visitors. Try payment holds and staff overrides too.
- 3
Agree the changeover.
Keep one live owner of the tee sheet so a booking cannot be made twice.
A little more
you might want to know.
Do we have to replace our booking system?
No. We first look at what works today. Keeping or connecting an existing system depends on the access and support its provider makes available.
Can the phone assistant confirm a booking?
Only after an authorised booking connection has been agreed, set up and tested. Until then, it can take a request for the pro shop to confirm.
