How we work with your club.
We agree what needs attention, set it up with your team and stay involved. A written quote covers the monthly fee, setup, migration, support and any costs that depend on use.
Who holds the money?
Your club. Wallet top-ups and takings go to your own bank and merchant accounts. The financial record supports journal exports for Xero or Sage, which remain your accounting systems.
What happens to the club’s data?
Records are separated by club and access is assigned to staff roles. Your club can request a full export in open formats. Hosting, backups and data-handling arrangements are agreed before member records are moved.
How do we make the switch?
Walk through your club’s rules, agree the quote, import the records, run both systems alongside each other and compare the figures. Switch after your club signs off.
What about official handicaps?
Keep your current HNA process. The connector has been tested against a mock service, but live access has not been verified and requires credentials. ScribbleScore supports competition scoring and does not replace HNA.
What should we check in the walkthrough?
Bring a few of your club’s real examples. Ask us to show the jobs your office actually does.
